It was inaugurated in 2010 and is designed by Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merril whose firm also designed Willis Tower. There are a total of 57 lifts and 3,331,100 sq ft. is the floor area. The total cost of the building is USD 1.5 billion.

It has a height of 2,073 feet. It is located in Shanghai in China. Its architect was Jun Xia. It was inaugurated on 18 February 2015 and its owner is Shanghai Tower Construction and Development. It has 5 floors below the ground and 128 floors above the ground. Its above floor area is 4,090,300 sq ft and below floor area is 1,800 sq ft. The total cost of this building is USD 2.4 billion.

3. Abraj Al-Bait Clock Tower

It has seven skyscraper hotels and a height of 1,972 feet. The Makkah Royal clock tower in this building has the largest clock face in the world. It has 96 lifts and 120 floors. The tower’s floor area is 3,343,680 sq ft. It is located in Mecca city of Saudi Arabia. It cost USD 15 billion. This building acts as a residence and a hotel. The architects and the structural engineers were SL Rasch GmbH and Dar AL-Handasah.

It is of 1,965 feet and is a 115 story skyscraper located in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and was completed in 2017. It is the second tallest building in China. 4,153,990 sq ft is the floor area of the building. The total cost of the building was USD 1.5 billion.
